Methodology
This page identifies charity officers who also hold NZX corporate directorships by cross-referencing the Charities Services register with NZX company announcements via the shared people directory. Only charity officers with a linked cross-platform profile (person_id) are included.
“Cross-Platform Leaders” hold current positions on both charity and NZX boards. “Charity to NZX” counts people who formerly served as charity officers and currently hold NZX directorships. “NZX to Charity” counts current NZX directors who also currently serve as charity trustees. Average Board Span reflects total governance positions (charity, NZX, public sector) held by cross-platform people.
Sector crossover rates indicate the proportion of cross-platform people from each charity sector who also appear in NZX board positions. Higher crossover rates may suggest stronger governance talent pipelines but do not necessarily imply a causal career pathway.
