Halberg Endowment Fund

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund upon trust to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and capital of the Trust Fund, in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions as the Trustees may decide to provide financial assistance to or otherwise for the benefit, education, advancement of life or personal support in any way whatever of, individuals with disabilities in New Zealand (including without limitation, to enhance the lives of physically disabled individuals in New Zealand by enabling such individuals to participate in sport and recreation).
