The New Zealand Riding for the Disabled Perpetual Members Trust (the ’Trust’) was created by New Zealand Riding for the Disabled Association Incorporated (NZRDA) on 14 January 1997 to manage the original capital and ongoing income and to apply it from time to time to further the charitable objects and purposes of the Riding for the Disabled movement in New Zealand.
