To continue to assist and enable the Jubilee Budget Service to build financial capability in the Southland community. The provision is there to use the Trust Accounts to manage clients day to day accounts, making payments on the clients behalf. In special circumstances, the budget advisers can apply for an interest free loan for their clients situation or to consolidate debts, in which they would repay the Trust at a negotiated amount.
