The National Kiwi Recovery Trust

The Trustee declares that The National Kiwi Recovery Trust is a trust for charitable purposes for the protection and preservation of kiwi and directs that the Trust Fund must be applied and used exclusively by the Trustee for such of the following objects within New Zealand as the Trustee from time to time decides upon in its absolute discretion namely to: (a) hatch, rear and return kiwi to the wild; and (b) promote kiwi conservation.
