The Mazzetta Company Scholarship Fund

The Settlor declares that The Mazetta Company Scholarship Fund is a charitable trust for the advancement of education and directs that the Trust Fund must be applied and used exclusively by the Trustees for such of the following objects within New Zealand as the Trustees from time to time decide upon in their absolute discretion, namely, to assist the education of Maori in fishing, with the emphasis on commercial fishing.
