Te Rautini Trust

Te Rautini has always existed to share, demonstrate and re-present the love of God to people in Hamilton, Aotearoa and beyond. We desire to first love and honour God, as well as to love and honour people in Aotearoa by first acknowledging Te Tiriti o Waitangi. What does this mean for us? To honour and love God, our pursuit of the Godhead grounds us and lifts us at the same time. We are called to experience the fullness of a God who is relational by the very essence of being. To honour and love people in Aotearoa, our love for people in Aotearoa comes from a desire to see people become the fullest version of themselves culturally, spiritually, and relationally. The spirit of Te Tiriti was that of an invitation to share, and embrace. It was an invitation that valued people-hood. It valued manaakitanga and the enhancement of people's individual and collective mana. Te Tiriti was relevant then, and it is relevant now.
