Methodist Charitable Care Facilities Trust

- To own and operate charitable retirement villages, associated with the Methodist Church of New Zealand. - To provide charitable, safe, affordable and comfortable accommodation and care services to people in their retirement years. - To assist, join or co-operate with any other organisation, Trust or body having similar charitable objectives. - To carry out any other charitable purpose which may seem to the Board capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with the above purposes, or calculated directly or indirectly to advance the purpose of the Board or any charitable purpose which is consistent with the general aims and objectives of the Church. - To administer any property on behalf of the Conference in accordance with the Trust Deed and the laws and regulations of the Church and, - To hold such property for those trusts which are contained in the Methodist Model Deed of New Zealand 1887.
