Erepeti Marae is a Maori Reservation pursuant to Section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993. It is a Marae Reservation that was created and set aside for the common use of the owners of Tuahu 3X, their descendants and their extended families as a meeting place for the conduct of - whanau/family, hapu/community gatherings - land meetings - weddings & birthdays - tangihanga/funerals and unveilings - religious and social gatherings - wananga and community development initiatives - sports clubs and sporting fixtures
