1. To raise, accept and hold all income and capital of the Trust, to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust as the Board thinks fit, for or towards any one or more objects or purposes which are from time to time charitable in accordance with the laws of New Zealand as the Board shall determine from time to time, which objects and purposes are declared to be the purposes of the Trust. 2. All the objects and purposes of the Trust must be objects and purposes exclusively within New Zealand.
