Barrytown Settlers Hall Society Incorporated

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: advancing education by providing facilities and benefitting the community by providing a venue for entertainment and fostering and promoting social intercourse amonst residents and fostering community wellbeing. Any income, benefit or advantage must be used to advance the charitable purposes of the Society
