To bring good quality, well designed and appropriate toys and equipment within the reach of families living in Raglan and its surrounding communities, to help them help their children reach their full potential. To provide an environment which is welcoming, encouraging, supportive, safe and caring for children and their families/whanau. To provide a well-balanced service for children, which responds to their physical, social, emotional and intellectual development, as well as respecting the cultures of all families/whanau. To assist parents/guardians/caregivers by providing toys and equipment for children who have special needs. To publicise the work of the toy library to general public and if necessary to publish books, pamphlets and other matter as shall from time to time be consider necessary. To raise, receive, hold and administer funds in the form of subscriptions, donations, bequests and fundraising from sources for the benefit of the library.
