Wellington Pride Parade Trust

The Trust has been established and is to be maintained to promote, and to support and/or undertake the organisation of, cultural events and activities in New Zealand for the Rainbow Community. The activities of the Trust are to be carried out, and the Trust Fund is to be applied, for exclusively charitable purposes within New Zealand, whether relating to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education, or any other matter beneficial to the community.
