a) To hold meetings at which members may listen to jazz music, by way of recordings or live artists, or otherwise; b) To organise public concerts by local, national or international jazz artists; c) To print or publish or issue any newspaper, periodical book, newsletter or recording for the promotion of its objects; d) To generally encourage widespread appeciation of jazz music of all styles by all relevant lawful means. e) The Society's objects shall be limited to New Zealand
