Weave Hawke's Bay Financial Trust

To invest and manage the Trust Fund on trust and to pay such part or all of the net income from it as shall from time to time in its sole discretion decide in perpetuity Solely to Weave Hawke's Bay Incorporated for its charitable purposes annually or more frequently if required for the management of Weave Hawke's Bay incorporated.
