The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes, namely: - Benefitting the Waipu & Whangarei District communities by creating and maintaining a mountain bike park and trail network in the Brynderwyn Ranges. - Creating accessible pathways for youth and underserved communities to experience and participate in mountain biking as a sport.
