Waikato Hispano Latino Cultural Charitable Trust

The purposes of the organisation are exclusively charitable, and specifically: To promote unity and connection among Spanish-speaking people in the Waikato region of New Zealand, as well as among individuals interested in Hispanic culture. To advance community education that supports the preservation and promotion of Hispanic culture, particularly among Hispanic and Latino youth, families, and communities. To encourage community participation in social and cultural festivals, arts, sports, and other traditions celebrated by Latin American and Spanish communities in their countries of origin. To collaborate with other organisations in supporting Hispanic individuals and families settling in New Zealand, and to assist with their integration into the wider community. To undertake any activities that are incidental or conducive to achieving the above purposes, and any other charitable purposes recognised under New Zealand law, as the Trust considers desirable.
