Key charitable purposes of the Trust are: 1. To encourage, foster and support the restoration and enhancement of indigenous habitats within the Waikato Ecological region 2. To produce a diverse range of eco sourced native plants for restoration and revegetation of habitat through the operation of a community nursery 3. To provide a learning environment for community volunteers at the nursery 4. To engage with the community, educating and advancing awareness of biodiversity and conservation 5. To promote and assist groups, organisations and others to remove weeds and enhance indigenous biodiversity
