Via Ferrata Aotearoa Incorporated

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely benefit the community by setting up, maintaining and supporting the development of publicly accessible and free to use Via Ferratas (which are rock climbing routes with permanently fixed steel cables). (Explanation: Via Ferrata climbing is a subcategory of the sport of rock climbing. Thus the society is aiming to develop sport infrastructure.)
