Mission
The Society owns the health facility at 43 Whitehaven Street, Lawrence. The facility is leased to Tuapeka Community Health Company Ltd. The Company provides health and rest home services to the people of the Tuapeka District. The Society also owns the doctor's residence at 41 Whitehaven Street, Lawrence which it leases to the doctor. The pharmacy building at 14 Ross Place, Lawrence is also owned by the Society and is leased to Highland Pharmacy Central. The Society owns four retirement village units. Three units are leased to external tenants with one unit still available for tenancy.
