Mission
This Trust was established by deed on 23 April 1974 by Mary Eleanor Smellie and her daughter, Myrtle Eleanor Smellie. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income to such charitable objects at the trustees' discretion, with consideration given to the preferences expressed in Clause 3 of the Deed and objects selected during the settlors' lifetime.
