The Lady Foundation

(a) to advance education; (b) to raise awareness of the value, complexity and health of New Zealand’s marine environment and to promote and facilitate conservation of New Zealand’s marine environment; (c) to support and partner with other organisations in projects and actions that go towards achieving (b) above; and (d) for any other purposes within New Zealand (whether relating to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion or any other matter beneficial to the community) which are charitable according to the law of New Zealand.
