The Geraldine Academy of Performance & Arts Incorporated

The Academy promotes and facilitates education in the performing arts. It aims to make classes available, accessible and affordable to all age groups and abilities. It aims to develop and manage one-off and/or annual events for the benefit of the region's population and to encourage visitors from outside the region. It holds regular monthly evenings to provide an opportunity for artistes - both aspiring and experienced - to demonstrate their skills and abilities to audiences. It partners with other local charities to put on local performances both in its premises and in local theatre venues. To achieve these outcomes, guest tutors and artists are encouraged to participate from both within and outside the region.
