The Primary purpose of the Fred Lewis Enterprise Foundation is to promote the care and welfare of companion animals by assisting organisations in the Gisborne Region established for charitable purposes, particularly those organisations that rescue, rehabilitate and find suitable homes for homeless, stray and unwanted companion animals (and, in particular, dogs). In addition to the above, the Foundation is also committed to assisting people to overcome drug addiction and improve mental health
