The Dunedin Public Libraries Association Incorporated

a) To promote the interests and welfare of the Society in Dunedin and elsewhere and to maintain an Association of persons interested in the welfare of the Dunedin Public Libraries. (b) To assist in bringing to Dunedin Public Libraries, important books and other items, which will enhance services provided by the libraries and which are out side the scope of approved library budgets. (c) To co-operate with any other library or library Association, whether incorporated or not, whose objects are altogether or in part similar to those of the society and to procure from and communicate to any such Library or Association any such information or material as may be likely to advance the objects of the society. (d) To do all things and acts to promote and extend the interests and services provided by the Dunedin libraries.
