St Mark's School Board of Proprietors

To hold maintain and apply the Trust Fund, particularly the School premises and land, for the religious, charitable and educational purposes of the School. To protect and maintain the continuing provision of an education of a special character in the School in accordance with the Integration Agreement. To ensure the operation of the School as an Anglican School that follows the teachings and doctrines of the Anglican Church as determined by the Bishop of Christchurch.
