St Barnabas Fendalton Trust

The trustees hold the Trust Fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the Trust Fund as the Trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one of more of the following exclusively charitable purposes 1. The earthquake strengthening of the St Barnabas church which is a category 1 heritage building 2. The maintenance of Parish Buildings 3. The funding of future capital projects of the parish 4. All things incidental to the charitable purpose described above
