1. To promote uphold and honor the cultural heritage, values and traditions of Sri Lanka 2. To organize and participate in cultural social, sporting and other such activities that promote the unity and well being of Sri Lankan community in NZ 3. To promote the welfare of new settlers into the community 4. To support and participate in multicultural activities in order to promote goodwill and social harmony within the NZ community 5. To support and affiliate with similar organisations in promoting similar objectives through NZ.
