Springston South Soldiers Memorial Hall Incorporated

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: To benefit the community by: (a) Perpetuating the memory of the men and women of the district of Springston South who served New Zealand/Aotearoa in wars and military actions. (b) To undertake the proper upkeep and management of the Springston South Soldiers Memorial Hall. The Hall is a Heritage building under Selwyn District Council reference H303 (c) Generally to permit and encourage the welfare of the district of Springston South in any manner that the Society may deem fit. Any income, benefit, or advantage must be used to advance the charitable purposes of the Society
