South Hokianga Community Support Trust

To help, support and empoower individuals and families in South Hokianga to overcome their problems and encourage them to realise their potential through full use of their own resources and the resources of the Trust. To assist, inform and encourage persons within the community and particularly within the region of South Hokianga to Taheke River requiring help in the areas of family crisis, drug problems, alcohol problems, sexual and physical abuse problems; isolated and depressed persons; lonely persons; family and youth at risk; those people lacking self esteem (and perhaps endangering themselves and those around them); and trying to help prevent the repeat of these problems re-occurring.
