Royal New Zealand Pipe Bands Association Wellington Hawke's Bay Centre Incorporated

To promote and develop pipe bands in the area by providing education through schools of learning and instruction. To advance the playing of all instruments relating to pipe bands by providing education through schools of learning to the public in general. To arrange, organise and conduct pipe band contests, competitions and displays for the public in general. To promote and sponsor a "Youth Band" in the area.
