Rotary Club of Rangiora Charitable Trust Board (Incorporated)

To protect, promote and advance the charitable, educational, recreational, cultural and general community endeavours of all of the members of the communities of the districts of Waimakariri and Hurunui and without limiting the general purposes of the Trust to make particular provisions for the development of youth activities, for the disadvantaged, the needy and the general benefit of the people of the districts. Provided however that the trustees may in their absolute discretion make provision for such person, persons or institutions outside the Waimakariri and Hurunui Districts as they may deem necessary in appropriate cases provided such provision complies with the other charitable purposes specified in this clause.
