Putiki Kaumatua Flats Trust (Incorporated)

(a) to provide residential accommodation for the Kaumatua of the Atihau-Whanganui tribe (the Beneficiaries) at Putiki and at other places in the tribal rohe . (b) to assist the beneficiaries in the retention and maintenance of residential accommodation of the type known as "Kaumatua Flats" (c) to assist the beneficiaries in the decoration and furnishing of their Kaumatua Flats at Putiki or wherever established by the Trustees (d) to pursue other objects of a charitable nature which may be conveniently carried on with the above objects directly or indirectly for the benefit of the Beneficiaries
