The charitable objects and purposes include to: - develop, preserve, protect & enhance the Pukerau Cemetery - provide & maintain a sanctuary/shelter with interpretive displays - make the Cemetery an accessible aesthetic focal point for passive recreation, contemplation & relaxation - protect & restore pioneer & heritage graves - enrich the heritage value - raise funds as may be required - encourage families, businesses & other groups to assist financially - maintain a cooperative relationship with the GDC
