To advocate for the preservation, conservation and protection of the NZ environment, in particular the ecosystems and aquatic environments within the Hauraki Gulf and NZ's Economic Exclusion Zone (EEZ). This includes the right to engage in activities such as making legal submissions and lodging appeals at the same time as recognising the importance of the Ao Maori (the Maori World view).
