Point 5 Foundation Charitable Trust of New Zealand

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Assets on trust and apply and use the Trust Assets exclusively for the protection, restoration and conservation of New Zealand’s natural environment and indigenous wildlife (flora and fauna), including providing funding to non-profit organisations who actively work toward the protection, restoration and conservation of New Zealand’s natural environment and indigenous wildlife (flora and fauna), and doing other ancillary activities within New Zealand that are charitable in New Zealand.
