The objects of the Society are to promote and protect the area of Penzance and Tuna Bays and the land adjoining it for the betterment of the Society’s members and the general public for: The advancement of community and public benefits by Assisting in the provision of recreational facilities Maintaining and/or upgrading the water supply; Determining any rationing or restriction of the water supply when required; and Promoting, supporting and/or undertaking conservation activities in the area of Penzance and Tuna Bays and the public land adjoining it[CSR1] . The ancillary purpose of: Arranging sporting, recreational or social activities. The Society will endeavour to provide, maintain and manage a potable water supply is to property owners that have entered into a Water Supply Agreement. However, neither the Society nor its Committee, nor any of its members shall be liable to any person in the event the Society for any reason whatsoever is unable to fulfil those endeavours.
