To promote, support, develop, foster, finance, teach, coach and encourage better self-care, coping and mental health for all Pacific persons with disability and/or mental illness and of all their parents, whanau/support groups and caregivers. Also to develop and provide assistance to professional intervention programs in the health, disability and mental health fields, empowering all persons to full citizenship. “Programme” being an integrative habilitation and specialist therapeutic programme for the support.
