Encouraging and supporting participation in, and the development of, the sport of wheelchair rugby in the Otago region; fostering community for physically disabled people, their whānau and support persons through the sport of wheelchair rugby in the Otago region; and creating awareness of wheelchair rugby as a sporting opportunity for disabled people in the Otago region.
