Otago Cricket Fundraising Charitable Trust

The Trustees hold the Trust fund on trust to pay or apply so much of the capital and income of the trust fund as the trustees think fit exclusively for or towards any one or more of the following charitable purposes which are declared to be purposes of the Trust; 1. Development of cricket facilities in Otago 2. Development of cricket support mechanisms 3. Development of cricket infrastructure in Otago for the enjoyment of all Otago residents
