Oliver Smales Memorial Trust Board

(a) The education and training of therapists, registered nurses and non medical staff working with babies, children and youth in Hawke’s Bay for, or with, Hawke’s Bay District Health Board or its successors. (b) The provision of assistance in such education and training through technological inputs, equipment, and the development of procedures and protocols. (c) To receive capital donations to carry out the objects of the Trust. (d) For such other charitable purposes and objects in New Zealand (as may be decided by the Trustees from time to time) within the meaning ascribed to that expression by the Income Tax Act 2004.
