NZ Gifts of Love and Strength is a Trust charity in the Health sector, based in Christchurch, Christchurch. Annual revenue: $0.0M NZD. Financial data as at March 2025.
Mission: We provide healing tote and toiletry bags to youth aged 13 to 17 years from the Canterbury regions affected by Sexual Harm to aid them in their healing journey via the confidential, free Cambridge Clinic and START in Christchurch. Over 80% of our items are handmade (including the tote bag and toiletry bags, the items come in) and the rest are donated goods by the public or we must purchase them e.g. mindfulness colouring books, journals, toiletries. We are trying to raise awareness with youth that the Cambridge Clinic is there for all to access and there is no stigma in doing so. We also provide fabric and yarn to older survivors of sexual harm who wish to volunteer for us where cost has been a barrier, to allow them to feel part of a supportive, caring environment and help aid them in their healing journey too. We are the first and only organisation to be doing this in Canterbury providing the bags. To date only 18 years plus have been catered for.
