North Hokianga A and P Association

The objects of the association will be: 1.      To hold annually an Agricultural and Pastoral Show for the exhibition of implements, livestock, and produce, the granting of prizes thereat for the best exhibits, and by competition for prizes for inventions or improvements, or for skills or excellence in agricultural or pastoral arts. 2.      To be affiliated to the Royal Agricultural Society 3.      To promote and popularise rural life, and disseminate knowledge of improved methods, and new ideas in relation there to. 4.      To encourage social and recreational interaction. 5.      To control, and time to time distribute to worthy organisations or causes, the funds generated by the activities of the Association. 6.      To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire land, buildings, and other real and personal property and to sell, demise, exchange, and otherwise deal with same. 7.      To construct, maintain or alter any buildings, or works, necessary for the purposes of the Associati
