The purpose of the Organisation will be charitable and specifically will be: 6.1 To take responsibility, control and supervise various community projects and events, to seek funds for various community minded projects and events by securing the support and co- operation of other organisations, societies and clubs as seen fit . To assist in community projects organised by others that are deemed fit and to assist with local knowledge and advice with the communities ongoing infrastructure upgrade, communities safety and development through regular communication with the local Council. 6.2 To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment and furtherance of the above objects and any other charitable purposes under New Zealand law, which the Organisation deems desirable. 6.3 The purpose of the Society is to be beneficial to the community by promoting men’s mental and physical health through providing facilities and an environment for men to pursue their personal grow
