Our Mission: Empowering Tangata through education and employment to achieve social change. Our Purpose: To create educational opportunities leading to employment; to assist Rangitahi attain literacy, workplace skills and develop leadership skills; to actively encourage health and wellbeing in the community; to promote social inclusion; to advance sustainable economic development of the local community; empowering individuals to improve their lives and the lives of their young people. MCDCT is committed to building relationships within the wider community, increasing social engagement, facilitating better education and promoting self-worth; the vision is to build small business opportunities and develop employment prospects.
