Mangatowai Marae Community Trust

The Trust is established as a governing charitable entity, that will be capable of holding real and personal property, and will have all of the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person with the intention that the Trust may do all such things as it may in its sole discretion be necessary to receive, manage and administer the Trust Property for charitable purposes on behalf of and for the benefit of the Beneficiaries and beneficial to groups associated with the Mangatowai area.
