The trustees shall hold the trust fund upon trust to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and the capital of the trust fund in such amounts, at such times, and subject to such terms and conditions, as the trustees may decide for all or any of the following purposes: a) to provide financial assistance and resources to the Korean School of Auckland Charitable Trust. b) to promote and advance excellence in learning among students in New Zealand. c) to provide scholarship and grants to students with high achievements.
