To collect, preserve, manage and present items and stories of importance to the Kaikoura District to promote interest in and learning about our unique natural, cultural and social heritage. Through positive and proactive engagement Kaikoura Museum will enhance connection to and enjoyment of our unique natural, cultural and social histories and provide opportunities to explore these through our events and programmes.
