Ipanema Trust

IPANEMA is the International Parenteral Nutrition Education and Methodology Advancement Trust based in Auckland New Zealand. The trust received charitable status in July 2007. The Aim of the Trust is the promotion of parenteral nutrition (PN) standards nationally and internationally and to facilitate new directions in pharmaceutical and metabolic research, nutrition education and training, clinical applications of PN for improved patient outcome. The objectives of the Trust include promoting the wider application of PN knowledge through multidisciplinary education of health professionals and improving patient outcomes by exchanging PN information via the worldwide web, publications and conferences.
