Heartbeats Charitable Trust

The purpose of the Trust will be to educate and provide support to heart event survivors, their partners and whanau, in dealing with a life-changing condition and to leading healthy, long and productive lives. This purpose extends to improving education on heart disease at a community level, that will advance better understanding of cardiac disease and help save lives.
